All About German Shorthaired Pointers!
While I draw all pets, some of you may know that I specialize in GSP Portraits!
German Shorthaired Pointers are delightful, versatile, and unique dogs. Since I've started drawing pet portraits I've met so many different personalities thru the tales my clients tell me about their furbabies.
So I thought, it's time to give GSPs their very own page!
I've always felt that the beauty of what I do is in the detail, and GSP Portraits are always detailed because of their unique coats! I take pride in getting their coat patterns just right and I always reach out if I have questions about your reference photos.

Curious about portrait size options? I get this question all the time!
My bust portraits start at the 4x6 inch size and are available thru the 16x20.
Full body portraits are available in sizes 11x14 thru 16x20.
4x6 and 5x7 portraits are great for a tabletop frame, while 11x14 thru 16x20 go great on a wall. The 8x10 is particularly versatile in that it can go either way!

The 14x18 is a great option for a centerpiece on an open wall like a living room or an office. Use it as a stand-alone piece or as an anchor for your gallery wall!
I've simulated frames to give you an idea of what you could do, but since I don't ship frames you will get to choose a style that fits your taste and space! Frame it bigger to take up more space on your wall or frame it smaller to take up less. I always include framing instructions to help you out and I'm available to you at any time for questions!

New Portrait Size Coming SOON!
I'm offering a new portrait size: 14x18 inches!
Up 'til now I've only offered the 11x14 and then the 16x20, but I've started drawing so many full-body portraits, I've decided to give you all a new size option!
I'm really excited about the 14x18 because I know the jump from 11x14 to 16x20 was huge. I'm excited to offer you guys an in-between option so you can pick the best fit for your unique family!
Here's the scoop on the 14x18: it's considered a sub-standard size in the framing industry, so you won't have as many framing options if you're looking for a readymade frame. But if you're looking for a custom frame anyway, the size doesn't matter! (By the way, I ran a custom frame shop for several years after college, so if you have any questions about the framing instructions I include in all my packages, reach out to me anytime!)
