“How Does this Work?”
I work hard so you don’t have to! Here’s how it works:
Step 1: Checkout, then send me your photos.
Step 2: Check your mailbox!
If I have any follow up questions, I will reach out to you. Really, most orders are this easy!
“How long does it take?”
I love getting your Portrait to you asap, but my turnaround time varies. If you’d like to know an estimated due date for your order just ask! I accommodate rush order requests as I’m able.
Christmas Orders: I recommend you place Christmas orders by the beginning of October. Once my schedule is full for Christmas, I will start taking orders for January delivery.
“What size portrait should I order?”
The 4x6 inch through the 8x10 inch can fit on a tabletop. The 8x10 inch through the 16x20 inch hang well on a wall. I draw bust portraits in any size, and full-body portraits start at the 11x14 size.

“What if I can’t find photos for a gift?”
Keepsake pet drawings make great gifts for dog lovers! If you’re trying to surprise a dog mom or dad you know with a portrait, try seeing if they have any photos of their pet on Facebook, Instagram, or other Social Media. You can also ask friends or family to help you find photos!
“How do I send my photo(s)?”
I’m flexible! I’m happy to receive your photos via text, email, or social media. Want to ask me a specific question? Fill out the form on the Contact page and I’ll get back to you!
“How does your shipping work?”
My Portraits ship for free in the US with a 3-5 day delivery method. Feel free to contact me with special requests.
I’ve had very few issues with shipping, but please know that I don’t hold my clients liable for shipping damage. If you have any problems at all, please let me know asap!
“What are your return policies?”
I work very hard to offer only high quality items that you will enjoy for years to come. You can be confident that I take great pride in each piece I draw!
Since my Custom Artwork is tailored to each individual, I don't generally offer refunds. If you believe your portrait does not fit the description of what you ordered, please contact me immediately and we will work together to resolve the issue.
